The most genuine and timeless moments are never the most obvious. For me the focus is to always be searching for the opportunity to capture the pure essence of the subject in the most natural or creative way. Perfection isn’t real. Let the light tell the story.

I grew up in Grand Junction, CO during the 80’s and 90’s. The awkward period in time in which we as a society transitioned from mostly analog to mostly digital. My first camera was a simple Kodak 110 that could literally fit in my pocket. The pictures were mostly terrible but looking back at those prints now I genuinely love the nostalgia and the brutal honesty. It’s hilarious to me that we have apps and presets that try to replicate how rough those photos looked. I’ve come so far only to come full circle.

As a seasoned touring musician with years of playing shows and traveling the world under my belt I always had a camera with me. The intention was simply to capture what inspired me as an artist. Now I seek to do the same as a working professional. Music is still my life and number one passion which drives me to work with other musicians and entertainers. Nothing gets me more fired up then showcasing fellow creative minds in their respective elements.

My goals as a photographer are fairly simple: to capture as many beautiful, raw, honest, unique, awe inspiring, brave, and captivating moments as possible; and to share those with the world. Thank you for being a part of my journey!
